campbellton town center

Campbellton Town Center is a 60 acre proposed new mixed-use development in South Fulton County within walking distance of the Chattahoochee River. The assemblage of properties sits within the context of two existing overlay districts, Clifftondale and Cedar Grove, and borders the Cascade-Palmetto Scenic By-Way. The development will provide the area with a mixture of new commercial options including retail, restaurants, offices, medical office buildings, and hotels, as well as supporting residential townhome development. Design guidelines for this area call for TND “Traditional Neighborhood Development” with high quality architectural exteriors, as well as pedestrian friendly connectivity and quality landscape/hardscape finishes. Due to proximity to the Chattahoochee River, as well as existing streams and wetlands dispersed throughout the site, the site plan includes a variety of passive recreation elements including greenspace, parks, and multi-use trails. The development sits at the intersection of Cascade-Palmetto Highway and Campbellton-Fairburn Road. The surrounding community is experiencing significant new home development.
